I grew up alongside the Internet's golden age, witnessing its evolution from clunky forums to sophisticated social platforms. Born in 2003, I experienced the web's wild west days when creativity flowed freely without today's algorithmic constraints. This journey sparked my fascination with early internet culture and motivated me to document these unique digital experiences before they fade from collective memory.

Yes, I was born in 2003 and enjoyed every moment of the internet's transformative years, from Flash games to the rise of YouTube and early social media.

What bias is present?

I obviously didn't touch every corner of the web but was aware of most things that went on, with particular attention to gaming communities, prank videos, and the emerging vlogging scene. Also, important to note I was team xbox-360 during this golden era.

Was I an avid gamer/geek?

Yes, I loved gaming to the point where I would be prepared to hide from my parents if they tried to catch me, spending countless hours on Call of Duty, Overwatch, and other popular titles of the era.

Why do I love this period of the internet?

It was so unique - everything was new, creativity was flowing, and not too many people were out there competing for attention; also, ads were almost non-existent compared to today's internet experience.
